To clarify, there's no need to set a min odds price with Kelly, as Kelly wont place a bet if it cant meet the min odds required by the Kelly conditions set?

You should always use Min/max selection price, Back/Lay Ratio, Overrounds and similar rules to ensure that your strategy only attempts to bet when price is within your desired price range and that offer on market is valid.
