I've set a strategy to place bets for "PLACE" horses using market filter but there way of placing for top 3 and not top 2?

Sure, you can use Market condition->Number of winners, set min and max to 3.

I've just tried this and it didnt work. The market condition isn't exactly how you describe, it has =,<,> and not min and max although it is called number of winners.
