HI,
I have two strategies running, 1 for LTD's and the other to place bets on the Over1.5 market if the score is 0-0 on 20 mins and price is above 1.60.
For some reason the reports tab is freezing, while there are games in progress.

Please see attached.

As you can see nothing as been recorded in the reports tab since 13:04, the machine time is 13:36 as can be seen in the bottom right of the image

Any ideas

Please post screenshots of Tools&settings->Monitoring settings (both tabs) and of API requests report form (you can open it by clicking on the same button at bottom right corner of the main screen).

Also please post screenshot of main MARKETS grid view.

Thanks for that.

I have sorted it, I found a setting in the "Market Monitoring settings" tab. There is a monitor markets until setting. I have changed this to "The close" and things seem to be working.
