I noticed a couple of days back that my bots had stopped placing bets, as though the app had frozen, but the clock was still updating.

I've tried stopping and starting my strats, no joy.
I then logged out of the software, but now can't log back in. At the login screen when I click the Login button, it dims out, but then nothing. The login screen just stays on screen.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?

It is possible that your server/computer is unable to make secure connection to the Betfair API, so bot is unable to login, place bets etc. You can try installing Windows updates, restart your computer and network router. It is also possible that Betfair blocked your IP address for some reason, that happens sometimes if they detect suspicious activity from IP address e.g. usually when using VPN.

How do I save the log file as a txt file?

it's running on a VPS and Windows already updated and restarted. Is it possible to fi d out if the ip has been blocked?

I'll try running it on a local machine in the meantime.

It doesn't appear to be working on a local machine (in sim mode) either.

it's showing zero balance, and a red cross ERROR message on the bottom status bar, directly to the left of the version number.
