I am trying to use loss recovery when backing selections along with dutching for profit but it doesn't seem to be working. It had worked a couple of times after a loss but now doesn't.

The only other time I've used loss recovery is on its own when laying. Does it not work properly with a dutching setting or does it need something else when it is back bets?

Hi Dave,

It works, but it is very dangerous when trying to back several runners at low prices, because bet sizes can increase rapidly in case of losing run. That is why loss recovery has "Min ROI (Return On Investment" setting that prevents it from adding loss recovery if return on investment is less than X%. By default this is set to 50% at its safety settings tab. For more details on ROI please read the manual and following help article:

Same setting is available for "Dutching for target profit" rule, so you should use it there too. Otherwise you risk using large amount of money when trying to win pennies.

Please test it in simulation mode without risking any real money.

thanks for the info. The loss recovery doesn't record the lost amount any more though. Whether or not it would try to recover the loss.

It just doesn't register on there now. Is that the Roi setting stopping the lost amount being recorded?
