I have been laying a specific position in horse racing, however I have had a number of bets that have layed positions not specified in the 'Selection condition' > 'bet type by runner position' this specifically seems to be more prevalent in the Australian markets. Is there an additional condition I should be selecting to ensure only the runner position in the above selection condition is selected?

"Runner by position" is runner by index in list of runners, so if there is removed trap e.g. trap 2 then trap 3 might become runner by position 2 (this happens sometimes for greyhound races).

If you have other problems then you should post screenshots to better explain your problem.

Instead of runner by position you can use combination of "Default bet type" and "Selections filter" that is set to allow betting on runners whose name contains specific text e.g. number 2 etc. Make sure you test it in simulation mode first.
