I noticed that that my recovery isn't working. Yesterday it worked fine. What is wrong?

Hi Valencia,

You should email us following to check it:
1. exported strategy
2. screenshots of all placed bets by that strategy from bets history tab

In most cases it is just issue with user settings, so we need all details to check those.

The strange thing is the pot loss started to work. After 3 hours. It is working now but it seemed it took a couple of hours.

It happeens again. three loses and they are not in the loss pot. Standard 1 st trap lay with recovery.
Must I wait for some time? Why are the losses not put directly in the pot?

Hi Valencia,

We already replied to your email few days ago, but here is our reply if anyone else had same problem.

Please turn off option to remove markets after 24 hours. Then restart bot and strategy and try again.

It is possible that markets got removed which had effect on loss recovery.

Make sure you install latest V3 version, you can download it from following web page:
