Hi Rade, I've just restarted the bot this morning and all my strats are gone! I'm left with the default one's. What's happened? It was all there before I restarted it.

Have you closed bot by using "Logout" button or "X" button?

Hi Rade, I closed it by the X which I normally do, to be honest I've never used the logout option and have never had this happen.
I have tried to attach log but it won't let me send txt file. Is there another format I should send or should I send by email?
I had a backup but unfortunately it was before the latest strats I had done and hadn't backed those up. Typically they are the one's showing promise

Hi John,

X is ok, that is same as logout.

Please email us log file, just reply to any email that you got from us.

You should always make backup of your strategies when you make changes, as it is possible to lose strategies because of power loss, errors or some other issues.
