Hi anyone else getting an error logging in today saying your BetFair account is not activated for use with BFBOT Manager?

Yep having the same problem. Betfair site went down today I have not been able to log back into the bot since.

Same problem here. Emailed Rade about it, no reply yet, hopefully he isn't totally off the grid on a holiday...

Having the same problem, I even uninstalled and re installed BF Manager, It didn't make any difference.
Lets hope we here from Rade soon.

Betfair.com is currently unavailable, due to technical problems.
http://service.betfair.info/

Your license keys are active, no problem with that. We just have to wait for Betfair to fix their issues.

Anyone had any luck logging in yet? The service page still says Betfair.com unavailable but the site itself seems to be working. I'm still getting the not activated error message.

Hi,

Betfair NG-API is unavailable. Betfair is working on fixing this.

Old Betfair API 6.0 is available and previous version 2.5.1 of V2 appears to be working well.

Thanks, Rade. Frustrating but not a lot we can do about it.

If you're able to post an update when they've fixed it that would be helpful then we'll know we should be able to get in again.

Hi,

You can check following official Betfair web page:
http://service.betfair.info/

When it says that all services are running and that there are no reported issues then you should be able to login.

It appears that NG-API is now working, as I was able to login with V2.6.0 NG-API version too.
