I wanted to confirm if there is a way using the manually selected My S selections to run 2 strats one lay one back. It would appear not but wanted to know if there is some setting I miss. I could filter with market or venue name but as some of these selections are in the same race my assumption is this isnt possible. I would need a tips file or something correct?

You should move your selections to tips form, then set strategy to bet on those tips by using "Staking->Bet on imported tips" rule.

Pick selections for Back bets, then use menu item to move those selections to tips form and set provider name in the process. Then use that provider name in your strategy "Bet on imported tips" rule so that strategy only bets on tips from that provider.
