Bet on different market based on favourites name?

In Aussie racing there are exactas (Top 2 in exact order) and quinellas (top 2 any order) - is there a way to "lay all quinellas that contain the favourite from the win market" ? I was hoping there might be "favourite by name" under the selections filter.
It is impossible to do via runner order, and price as the 2nd+3rd favourite would be lower than a favourite+roughie combination
