Is it possible to recover the loss over 2 3 bets at the same time instead on just one ? I'm using overall recovery

You can recover percentage of loss with each bet e.g. set loss recovery percentage to 25% and it will take 4 bets to recover whole loss.

Sorry did not get you is that under overall loss recovery? Also will it wait for bet to settle before attempting to recover as at times I have 3 bets starting at the same time

"Overall loss recovery" staking plan has "loss recovery %" option that allows you to recover only X% of loss pot with each bet e.g. 25% will take 4 bets to recover whose loss pot, 50% will take only 2 bets to recover whole loss pot. Please read manual for details on each option:

There is no waiting for bets to settle, but if you wish to place one bet at a time then you can use "Unsettled markets" rule and set it to 1, so that next bet is only placed when previous bet is settled.
