tips file csv has stopped uploading to bfbot manager

Hello tips file csv from googlesheets has stopped uploading to bfbot manager. I think it may have stopped working over the weekend. the link is still good and uploads when i load it into an internet search browser.

Ive been using it with no issues for months now, but its stopped and I have no idea why.
