Teams' position as condition

Hello,
Wondering whether it would be possible to take into account following conditions to allow the bot to fire:
1. Team's ranking: eg I want the home team to be in the top 5 of their league, playing against an away team positioned within the last 5 of their league.
2. The number of rounds already played in a competition: eg min 5 rounds have to be played already.
