,csv to URL best practice?

I'm looking for a method to upload tips while I'm away from my home computer. Is the .csv file in Google Sheets with a shareable / public link and the "import via URL" scheduled the best way to do this?

There are only 2 ways to upload your tips/bets from your bot, those are:
1. upload tips to your own server (it uploads csv file to the server which you can later access by using link to that file)
2. upload placed bets as tips to TippingSports website (works only for placed bets and supported sports by TippingSports)
It is not possible to upload tips from the bot to Google Sheets automatically, there is no such functionality.

I didnt write that very well, I am looking to pull from the URL into BFBM , not export from BFBM to the URL. A hypothetical scenario would be:
1) Tips written as .csv in Google Sheets (or Google docs)
2) File saved as public / shareable URL
3) BFBM imports from URL every 4 hours
