im getting the above error for alot of games, how can this rule fail in the report? I would expect another rule to be the problem but not this.

You must load over/under markets, so betting will be allowed only on next one that satisfies this rule settings. When you check Reports tab take a careful look for which market this rule is not satisfied.

im getting this error now on the transport united game, it says over 4.5 not satisfied, but that is the total goals + 1.5?

Please post screenshots of MARKETS grid view showing loaded markets, their score and export your strategy. Also save screenshot of Reports tab with that error message and we will check it.

Just went to take a screen shot and can see the transport game doesn’t have the live score in market tab, it’s just empty, is that likely why? Does that happen often,? All other games have a live score.

Lower league matches or unpopular games like friendly or woman football might not have live score. Live scores are provided by third party service (not Betfair) and there is no guarantee that they will be available for all matches or that they will be accurate all the time, they also might be delayed as it takes time for bot to get the score from the server and for service to input the the score.
