Hi there

I've not been able to successfully input tips using a CSV file for football (I've been fine with racing). Can you have a look at the attached and see if you can spot whats wrong please?

Hi Dave,

There is nothing in this file that would identify match accurately. Bot uses only columns that are listed in the manual, pages 173+:

From your file bot does not have EventName or EventId that would identify match, so this will work correctly.

I thought as my CSV file had both EventID and MarketID the match would be identified from that. Can you advise what I should be using as both the two I mention here are iuncluded on page 173 of the manual.

My apologies, I did not see EventID column. Is that Betfair event ID?

Can you please send us CSV file to check it?

Please use identical column names like written in the manual, then try again, it should work. EventID -> EventId and SelectionID -> SelectionId

It appears that column names are case sensitive.
