Bf Bot Manager - Forum

I place BSP bets via strategies setup on BFBOT.

Today, the results of the bets for completed bets are no longer showing on BFBOT.

The bets are being placed and all the logic appears to be working fine. it's just the results are not registering and therefore I can't see any profit/loss information for strategies.

If I go to the main bets tab, it's full of bets with the status of "BSP Order", even though the markets have finished and everything is settled on Betfair's side.

My betfair account is all operating as it should.

I've tried updating the bets in the "History" options. That doesn't work.

I've checked the API request log and there aren't requests failing.

I'm not sure what is happening. Everything has been working fine up until today.

Any ideas?

It appears that Betfair is having some issues, as few other users reported similar problem. Please open new support ticket by using Contact form at our web site and send us content of log file, screenshots of your settings and of placed bets so that we can review it and if needed contact Betfair for more details.
