Hi

I am trying dutching for a target profit per race. in the event of a loss I want to up my target profit to recover losses. The overall loss recover rule doesn't raise my target profit to Make up for the loss. is there anyway of doing this?

You should be very careful when using target profit, as bet sizes can increase rapidly if you back runners at low odds or you bet on multiple runners at the same time. Make sure that you use simualtion mode to test it.

Overall loss recovery uses target profit/amount functionality to recover loss and to calculate bet sizes.

It is not possible to change target profit of dutching staking plan, instead you can use overall loss recovery that is designed to recover your loss.

But like I said, this is extremely dangerous strategy that will result in very high stakes if you try to back majority of runners or to bet at low odds. So make sure that you test it in simulation mode and that you use "Min ROI (Return On Investment)" settings at both rules to prevent bet placement and loss recovery in case that ROI is low.
