Matched money on the specific selection

Hi,
Is there a way to create a filter for the strategy based on the amount of money matched on the selection within a certain period?
For example, in the match Juventus-Napoli, between minutes 55 and 57 someone made a bet for £40000 for Napoli to win. The amount matched on this selection between 55-57 was more then £40000.
As soon as these criteria will be meet the bot will place the bet.
