Not betting before traded volume is a certain amount

I've found the options for skipping a market if the traded volume is below a certain threshold [market conditions, traded volume] - but that just skips the market. How do I get a bot to wait UNTIL a threshold is reached and then start trading that event?

It would seem that the previously mentioned option DOES do that -- it does NOT skip the market!

It prevents betting on market if rule is not satisfied. Once traded volume increases then this rule will be satisfied and if all other rules are satisfied too then the bet can be placed on the market.
