I have a few strats that work well in sim but not live, I assume because of the delay. I am attempting a workaround where the sim strat automatically exports the strats selections, which are automatically imported on the live version.

I have read the manual and a couple of posts, it appears the only way to export selections is if they are manually selected, is that correct?

Yes, you can only manually export selections.
