I want to place a rule that the bot is betting on only one match until its settled and go to the next one after the first match is over.

my bot is actually placing a lay bet and waits until it can secure a certain profit and the hedges the bet. i want it not to place any more bets on other football matches until the profit is secured

You can use "Unsettled markets" rule to place 1 initial bet at a time.
There is no rule to allow it to place next bet after hedge executes, only after market is settled.
