I am testing over markets and recently tried to run bets from my CSV file. Unfortunately not all markets loaded from CSV starts. Looks like all markets all loaded but only some starts. I suspecting that maybe ovveround/book percentage was to big but even if i change to be bigger difference the results seems the same. any ideas?

Try using simulation mode for test purpose and set back/lay ratio to 200%. Also check your bet size, it might be too small if odds are low, so bets might be rejected by Betfair. Also at Manage tips form, maximize the form and display other columns like description/report that will show you information if bet placement failed.
