I am looking to find out if there is a way to be able to create a filter based on the total %volume matched on a selection so that I can pick a dog with greater than less than criteria I see a traded volume but thats actual amounts and can vary market to market so is there a way to do this with total book % values?

You can use "Selection conditions->Selections filter" rule option "Allow betting on selections whose matched amount percentage from total market matched amount is in range".
