steamers/drifters

For some reason my steamers/drifters screen is empty even though I have markets loaded and start monitoring 45m before. What setting am I missing?

The main STEAMERS/DRIFTERS tab is collecting data only for WIN and MATCH_ODDS markets and for selections that have a back/lay ratio of 15%.
Click on the button "Select strategy" at the menu and check which strategy did you select their, default setting, or have you selected a specific strategy for which you want to view steamer/drifter data? Try changing that setting and see if the data appears.
Please check the "Time to start monitoring markets before start time" at the "Monitoring settings" tab. Data at the STEAMERS/DRIFTERS tab will start appearing only then, not before.
