Football over under markets.

I am struggling here, i want to bet that the under 0.5 markets are under.
So far so good system works for my parameters and bets accordingly.
If a goal is scored i want to now place a bet on the under 1.5 market SAME GAME.
I have set up the second system to look at system 1 under 0.5 market settled but it never fires a bet even though its 1-0 or 0-1. NOTE it has to be the same game as we bet on before.
PLEASE HELP tried everything.
