Man city v Man City

How do I set this?

You can use "Market conditions->Markets filter" rule and set it to allow betting only on matches whose name contains specific text e.g. Arsenal v Chelsea. Make sure that team names are identical to Betfair team names and also test it in simulation mode.

So, on the instance I have the "V" the bot will only place bets on those games verses?

Just those teams but any game they play?

Text that you specify must be contained in the market name e.g. if you specify Arsenal v Chelsea then whole text must be in the market name, so it would allow betting only on Arsenal v Chelsea match.
