capturing and downloading market data

Hi,
Is there any way to capture market data at a specific time (e.g 5 mins before event start) and log that somewhere where I could download it later on? Specifically, I am looking for data that is NOT connected to an identified bot/strategy; just looking to build up a dataset of captured data that I could interrogate when I have collected enough data from an event/market.
Can the streamers/drifters functionality do or help with this? Even if I created a very broad strategy that looked at a specific football market across like 20 selected football leagues so it gave me every game in each league?
