Hi,

I've created a really simple CSV file with my selections for the day. But when I try to import them I get "Number of Imported tips: 0 ".

I've checked the layout and everything seems fine? I've also tried UTF-8 format too. Please can you check the file and let me know what I'm doing wrong?

File is not formatted properly, you need to remove all columns that have empty data.

For MarketType column you should set Betfair market type, this is static value e.g. WIN for win markets, PLACE for place markets etc.

One last question, if I only wanted to back a horse that was not in the top three favorites, would I use "Sequence of Favourite positions" and just put in a list of positions that excluded the first three places? e.g. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

No, not that rule. You should use "Selection conditions->Selections filter" and set it not to allow betting on first three favorites by position.
