i' d like to place a bet (back o lay) based on the selection imported from my tips page, i want to place the bet on
betfair starting price just if the price match the odds value on the tips selection page. is this possible?

Do your tips have price in the Price column at Manage tips form? If they do, then bet should be placed at that price if you are using Staking->Bet on imported tips rule.

You can use Staking->Bets persistence rule and set it to place Start price bets->Limit on close orders, which will be matched at BSP only if BSP is equal or better than your requested price.

Please test it in simulation mode to ensure that you have correct settings and that it works like you want it to.

yes, my tips have price in the Price column at Manage tips form
ex:
tips lay odds min 3.00 & tips lay odds max 5.00
if BSP lay odds is 3.40 I want to place I bet
if BSP lay odds is 6.40 I do not want to place I bet
if BSP lay odds is 2.40 I do not want to place I bet

can I place a back bet on BSP just when the odds <= 3.0 ?

BSP is unknown before start, so you cannot check BSP for price range before start time.

You can check back or lay price for min/max price range by using "Selection conditions->Min/max selection price" rule.

Your bet size is probably too small for BSP bet.

10.2 euro x 4.6 odds , I have a 36.72 € liability is not too small.
