how do I lay a dog after the BSP

I want to lay the greyhounds with a specific Betfair Starting Price.
But I cant find how to do that .

Greyhound races do not go in play and BSP is only available after race starts, so you will not be able to do this with BSP.

what is the best way to match that BSP before inplay

Betfair Start Price is unknown before in play, so you cannot check it for price range. You can only check Back or Lay price for price range at time of bet.
To place BSP bet you need to use "Staking->Bets persistence" rule and tick option to place BSP bets and then tick option "Market on close".
Minimum Back bet size for BSP bets is 2 GBP and for Lay bets minimum liability is 10 GBP.
It is not possible to match bets before in play with the same price as BSP while BSP is unknown at that time.
