Bf Bot Manager - Forum

I want to lay selections at BSP but for some reason the bot doesn't work. The selections are in the Manage Tips list and the correct Tipster is chosen. My backs of imports works fine at BSP but if I change the bet type to Lay then it doesn't work. It's probably something simple but I can't find it.

All Lay BSP bets are placed to liability and minimum liability is 10 GBP or 20 EUR. What is your set liability for BSP bets?

Bet size is £2, the error log says:

And this is if I use £10 liability:

It is an issue with your strategy settings.

Morning, I raised a ticket for this, can you confirm that you got it?

When you open support ticket then you will receive confirmation email immediately if ticket is opened successfully. Otherwise please try again to use contact form.

I've done it a couple of times but not had an email yet, it seemed to go through OK on the contact page.

Sorry, we have not received any email from you. Please fill all fields at contact page and then check screen for confirmation message.

If you keep having problems then please let us know which browser you are using (and its version).

I've tried it with Firefox and with Edge, both times I get the message "We received your message and we will reply as soon as possible. Thank you for contacting us!" but no email.
