How do I release a market that is stuck on matched? It was settled hours ago and won't bet on anything after as I use the setting not to bet if an unsettled market.

At main BETS history tab try using "Update bets" menu item. It will update all unsettled bets and allow your strategy to continue.

Thank you. It's all good now and just placed the next bet. It's 3am too!
