set bot to place several bets to be matched at start

hi
so i want to set a bot up that roughly does following
start of game back U3.5 goals
then after this is matched send in 10 bets of 10% of initial stake to offset every 5 ticks lower than initial bet
so i dont want the price to wait to fall, just fire in the 10 bets waiting to be matched.
im looking in hedging options but not really seeing anything like this.
how would i do this?
