Does anyone know how to add a strategy to the 3 places in US horse racing?
with place or with other place does not execute

Please post screenshot of loaded markets at MARKETS grid view at which you wish your strategy to execute and export your strategy so that we can check its settings.

the market does not appear 3 places in MARKETS

You need to use "Auto load" settings to load those markets. Please watch video tutorial about auto loading of markets:
