bet when strategy has bets on same event

I have a strategy that bets on correct score .
can I make another one that can bet on win market on the same match only if the first strategy has bets on the correct score of that match ?

Sure, just use "Market conditions->Only if specified strategy has bets" rule and set it to check if first strategy has matched/unmatched bets on the same EVENT.

yea . I did that . but the second strat still doesnt want to place bets .
I attached the strats here .can you take a look at what I did wrong ? I belive its my settings.

You should use strategy "Reports" tab to see which rule is not satisfied and is preventing bet placement. In your case that is "Markets filter" rule as market "WIN" does not exist for football events. If you want to bet on home/away/draw then that is MATCH_ODDS market.
