Lapsed bets

Hi,
Is there a way to "force" bets to avoid those "lapsed" which are coming very often ?

At "Price settings->Price rules" set to ask for worse price by 2 or 5 ticks. That should ensure that your bet gets matched.
Lapsed bets are Unmatched bets that never got matched and market went to suspended state or finished. This can happen if you are asking for better price than the one on market or if price changes while bet is being placed e.g. this happens often during in play because of in play delay.
