Overall loss Recovery staking - advanced tab not correct amount

Hi, I have have set up some systems on low stakes for testing. Plan (A) - which pauses after two consecutive losing bets, and triggers Plan (B). The loss from ( A ) is recovered using plan ( B ).

(Plan B has no other bets and only triggers when plan A losses twice in a row)

Plan B - I have set recovery to 100% at rate of 50% and Advanced tab ticked both Recover loss and Use Overall P/L... options having inserted Plan A and Plan B into Left hand side box.

problem is the Plan (B). When it becomes active, shows current session loss trying to be recovered is more than what the actual loss of Plan (A) is.

Example
Plan A session loss = -£1.25 , correct
Plan B session loss - £1.87 should be -£1.25
i have recover losing bets stakes too ticked but accounted for that

looking deeper
it seems to add up all the losses to recover but does not take in to account all the winning profits.
for instance
-1
2
2
-1
=2
but it comes up with -2

Try turning off option to recover losing bet stakes and then try again. Reset both strategies and repeat the test.

If it does not work like you want it to then export both strategies, save screenshots of placed bets and their recovery amounts and send it to us to check it.

Loss recovery is set to 50% and your loss is more than you see because you turned on option "Recover losing bets stakes too". You should turn off that option off and restart strategies, then you will get numbers that you are looking for.

Right now your losses are:
bet size 0.01 + loss of 0.06 = 0.07 loss
bet size 0.06 + loss of 0.34 = 0.40 loss

total loss 0.47, so 50% loss recovery is 0.24 when rounded to two decimal places.

thank you for help. I have unchecked "Recover Losing Bets stakes too" as you suggested. this has not worked as planned!
in attachments "Lay 6 bets" you can see the last 2 bets lost £0.61 as shown correctly in "Lay 6 Settings"

"Recovery Lay 6 settings" is trying to recover £0.99 which happens to be the sum of all losses in Lay 6 !
at 50% - this shows x1 bet placed for £0.50 which it recovered it but I paused it before it ran again.

thanks for helping with this

That is correct behavior.

Each strategy works for it self and is unaware of loss recovery done by other strategies.

Strategy is placing its first bet and unrecovered loss is £0.99 as it did not place any recovery bets before this bet. It is unaware of loss recovered by other strategies. This is all correct.

I have to disagree. "Recovery Lay 6" should recover the loss of "Lay 6" when triggered, which is £0.61, not £0.99.

Can you then explain, where the £0.99 loss has come from, if not what I have shown earlier

thanks again,

0.55 + 0.06 + 0.08 + 0.08 + 0.06 + 0.16 = 0.99

That is loss made by strategy "Greyhounds lay 6".

Strategy "Rec Greyhounds lay 6" is placing its first bet and is unaware of loss recovery done by strategy "Greyhounds lay 6", so it is trying to recover 0.99.

Ok. I assumed it would consider the recovered amounts. "Overall P/L" it actually is Overall loss only.

I have overcome this slightly by checking, restart the Lay strategy after X amounts of consecutive wins so that it doesn't build up over a long run.

thank you for your time and help on this - appreciated
