Bf Bot Manager - Forum

Hi everyone, hope everyone is fine and well.

I have a few questions as I am learning but the main one(s) I have at this time are:

A) Existing bets. - I have been using the rule to ignore markets with 'My S.' ticked, which is working fine but...
1. Is it possible to see bets placed manually outside of BFBOTManager, say those already placed via the BF website?
2. If so is there a rule I can apply that will tell the bot to automatically ignore those markets so I do not need to manually adjust the selection by using the My Selection option?

It is not a biggie at this stage but would be nice to have and/or know about.

B) Laying the other team, I have been playing about with two runners/teams sports, aka, tennis, basketball etc. I have managed to get a bot running that basically lays the field, which is working fine atm but have a couple of questions to help me complete the next steps of my strategy. I know I need to create bots for each stage/step but am stuck!
1. Once one of my initial bets is matched on one of the runners/teams, say T1, I want to now modify or remove the original bet on T2, how can I do this?
2. I now wish to place a bet on T2 (Once the initial bet on T1 is matched) I have a separate bot and have been using Market Conditions - 'Only If selected strategy has bets' but the bet is not being placed as the condition is not being met despite the initial bet from Bot1 being matced, please see screen snips for more info...
3. The potential issue I have here is that if T2 matches first, kind of ruins the logic of using the 'lay 2nd Favourite' rule...So I would simply like to be able to lay the runner/team that has the unmatched bet.

Any assistance and guidance are most appreciated.

A)
1&2) No, bot only displays and uses bets placed by BF Bot Manager, unless there is specific option/setting in rule to use all bets from your Betfair account

B)
1) That is not possible, there is no rule to cancel bet on another selection whe bet is matched on first selection
2) please save screenshots of placed bets, export both strategies and open new support ticket so that we can review all this and help you adjust your settings:

3) You shoudl use "SELECTION conditions->Only if specified strategy has bets" to check if another strategy has unmatched bets on same selection, not "MARKET conditions".

Please use simulation mode while learning how BF Bot Manager works. There is on need to risk real money at this stage.
