Bot backing against lay strategy

Hi there,
I have a strategy that lays horses in play within a certain price range. The bot is allowed to place 2 bets on each horse.
Example,: It lays a horse at 50, then 30 seconds later it lays it at 20. I do not want it to place the 2nd better in a case like this because the horses odds are shortening, meaning it is more likely to win. If the odds were increasing then fine, but not shortening. Can this be fixed?
Also, the bot will ask for a certain price, say 30. Which is fine as it is inside my min/max. However if will ask for 30 but then take 15. I do not want it to take 15 as that horse is twice as likely to win as a horse at 30. Can this be fixed also?
Cheers!

Hi Griffermans,

There is no option that would prevent bot from not placing second bet if price shortened, sorry.

Betting exchange always matches your bet at best available odds. If price changes from 30 to 15 while bet is being placed then exchange will match your bet at better price (for Lay bets 15 is better than 30 as you will risk less money).

Price at which bet will be placed is set by "Price settings->Price rules" rule. You should set it to use currently available price.
