Is there a simple way of stopping all strategies when an overall combined profit has been reached for the day and for them to restart then next day??

You can use "Safety settings->Max profit/loss for selected strategies" to stop strategies from placing new bets. Add this rule to each strategy that you want to stop placing bets.

You can use "Safety settings->Auto restart" to restart strategies each day after set time. This will work only if strategy is not paused, so you will have to use "Stop" option at max profit/loss rule. Also this rule needs to be first in the list at safety settings tab, at the top position as rules execute from top to bottom.

Then test it in simulation mode.
