LTD strategy hedged 2 times (?)

Hi there!
I am doing some LTD bets using stop and hedge etc... and its doing fine, I tested over 50 games but in one something unusual happened and I can't understand why, in a game I should be stopped (thats correct) but the stop applied 2 times what increased the loss, can you tell if there's something I can change in the setup to correct/prevent it not to happen?
It happened only one time...
I am sending attached a picture where I see the 2 hedges and the strategy file.
Can you help me?
