hello,

i have horse system, one on Win market and one PLACE market, as u can see from picture imported tips the bot is not betting on all selection (WIN market). any error?thanks

At "Price settings->Price rules" turn off option to use Start Price, as you are placing bets before in play and at that time Start Price is unknown.

Please send us screenshots of:
1. MARKETS grid view showing loaded markets for those tips at which bets were not placed
2. Tools&settings->Monitoring settings, both tabs
3. save content of log file as txt file, you can open it by using "Tools&Settings->Log" menu item
4. API Requests report form, click on same button at bottom right corner of main screen
