I have set lay odds of 3.0 but for some reason bot is firing outside this parameter, any ideas?

Exchange is matching your bets at better price as price changes while bet is being placed, that is how exchange works, it gives you best available price in that moment.

Also at "Price settings->Price rules" make sure you set to ask for worse price by 0 ticks if you do not wish to get matched outside price range.

Is that setting not 0 ticks by default as per my below setting?

Yes, that is fine. Please post screenshots of your settings to check price range.

Please export your strategy so that we can check all your rules. Partial screenshots are not very useful.

Export strategy by using export menu item and then attach that exported strategy to your message.

You can remove file now. In future you can open new support ticket if you do not wish to share your strategy publicly.

Your strategy is ok, but price range should be wider, not 3.0 - 3.0.
