I've used min/max price selection but bot is placing the wrong bet.
see attached.
Could you explain please?

You are setting bet type on all selections by using "Default bet type". You need to remove that rule. Please watch video tutorial #7 Bet types that explains this in detail:

Thanks, I've removed default and the strategy hasn't placed one bet! I now remember why i put default rule in, I was trying anything to place a bet. Do you know why it hasnt placed a bet?

Hi Andrew,

Your other rules might not be satisfied or offer during in play is very bad e.g. Back/Lay Ratio might not be satisfied, change it to 50% or 100%, Overrounds too are probably very bad during in play on US horse races so change them to 150/50%.

When one selection has price lower than 1.05 then the race is about to finish and offer on that race is very bad, so you might need to remove overrounds to make this work.

Also, if you wish to bet on first favorite only when second favorite is in price range then you should use "MARKET conditions->Min/max REQUIRED price for selection" to check price rnage of second favorite by position.

Thanks for the advice. I've removed overrounds and the ratio but the strategy has still not placed bets. I don't understand, I had a similar strategy working a couple of weeks ago but something with the bot has fundementally changed since.
I am lost.

You should create new support ticket and send us:
1. exported strategy
2. log file
3. screenshots of MARKETS grid view

and we will check it all.

sorted it. I set my stake to betfairs minimum, £2.
