help with hedging

hi.... i just cant get hedging to work with this bot. it may be a simple fix but could you please advise?
i want to hedge out at 10 mins in play whatever the score

It looks fine, make sure your correct score markets are monitored during in play and that there is a valid offer on it. Hedge will only execute on score 0:0 as initial bet is placed on that score.

hi.........ive checked the markets stayed open and it has.
but still no hedge.... the score was still 0-0
any ideas??

Please export your strategy and save screenshot of that correct score market prices at main MARKETS grid view. Save content of log file and screenshot of placed bets by that strategy on that market. Then send it all together to us to check. You can open support ticket to send us all those files:
