Hi
can you explain why a bet was placed at 9.6 when i have a rule to lay any horse 40-1000?
I've had over 120 bets correct but this was wrong?

This strategy was working until yesterday, you can see it was placing bets under 40. Worryingly the asking is too low.

Price at which bet is placed is set by "Price settings->Price rules" rule. You have set it to ask for better price by 60 ticks and worse price by 6 ticks.

That is wrong.

You should not use both options just one.

60 ticks is moving price outside your min/max price range, it is too much. Usually few ticks worse price is used so that bet gets matched instantly. Asking for better price results in unmatched bets.

I understand that a better price would be higher than minimum of 40 and a worse price would be lower than 40. Is this correct?
When I have back bets I use a high worse price and the asking price is 1.01

You are placing Lay bets, so better price is lower price. It can be lower than 40, that is 60 ticks lower than 40.

For Back bets better price is higher price.

Great. I feel this should be clearer within the price options.
