I have been playing with systems and testing systems I have seen online.

I have found one that uses a stake of say £10 but depending on the available odds it will use a percentage of that stake, low odds uses a larger stake, higher odds uses a lower stake.

Similar in setup to the Maria staking plan but with more flexibility, is anything like this able to be set up?

You can use Staking->Odds staking ladder, it works similar to what you explained here. Please test it in simulation mode.
