Upload tips via FTP to server

Ok - i give in....my windows skills are lacking. Is it possible to load up your tips via the upload tips to server but load them either to googledrive or windows onedrive?

Sorry, that is not possible.
Tips can only be uploaded to your own web server.

Could the VPS act as the websever?

Web server can be setup on VPS, but you will need network administrator to do that for you.
